Nbnii is a company that was conceptualized in 2018, but they did not have a functional and credible product to officially launch. Although they solved a clear problem, they struggled to offer a proposition to potential customers.
Scope
Business Plan
We developed a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company's vision, organizational structure, financial forecasts, and strategic objectives.







Brand DNA
We created a unique and timeless logo, along with a complete corporate identity that includes examples of how it can be utilised. The design is intended to be distinct and memorable, helping the company to establish a consistent and recognizable brand image across all channels.










Company Profile
The task involved designing a company profile that provides a brief yet comprehensive overview of the business, including its mission statement, vision, values, and key offerings. The profile was designed to be visually appealing and professional, with clear and concise language that effectively communicates the company's unique selling points and differentiators.





Value Proposition
We crafted a value proposition with the objective of streamlining the process of establishing collaborations with crucial third-party service providers. The proposition offers a compelling case for why these collaborations are necessary, the benefits that can be gained, and how these parties can work together effectively. The aim of this proposition is to facilitate the signing of agreements that will enable the company to achieve its objectives more efficiently and effectively.







Iconography
We created a set of icons that represent the various services and offerings of the company, designed specifically for use within the industry. These icons are visually compelling and can be used in a variety of ways to represent the company's services, such as on the website, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
Web Design & Development
We created a customized landing page for the purpose of introducing the target market to the concept and encouraging downloads. This involved designing and coding the webpage, with a focus on providing clear and concise information to the audience. The landing page was designed with the intention of capturing the audience's attention and keeping them engaged throughout the browsing experience. Its visual elements were carefully chosen to match the branding and messaging of the company, while the overall layout and functionality of the page were optimized for user-friendliness and ease of navigation.
Marketing Strategy
In this task, we developed a marketing strategy that serves as a roadmap for the marketing team to follow. The strategy outlines the company's marketing goals and objectives, identifies the target audience, and presents the most effective tactics for reaching and engaging with them. It includes a detailed analysis of the market, the company's competitive landscape, and the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. The strategy also includes a budget and timeline for implementing the various tactics, as well as metrics for measuring the success of the marketing efforts. The goal of this strategy is to guide the marketing team in their efforts to promote the company, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales and revenue growth.

We created a social media marketing campaign based on the guidelines we provided. The campaign includes a series of social media posts designed to promote the company's services, increase brand awareness, and engage with the target audience. The posts are tailored to the specific social media platform and adhere to the guidelines we established. The campaign also includes a content calendar outlining the timing and frequency of the posts, as well as the types of content to be featured. The outcome of the efforts put in by the team is that Nbnii now has a well-defined path to market with a credible brand that attracts attention. Successfully developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that is functional and can be scaled up as needed. The team has received accolades for their preparation, which indicates that they have put in significant effort to ensure that they are well-equipped for success. Overall, the team has laid a solid foundation for Nbnii's future growth and success.
